Made of blue (4140) steel over blue steel, the STI Tactical 4.15 pistol produces less felt recoil in standard calibers: 9mm, .40S&W, .and 45ACP.  This pistol is less than Commander weight.  The tactical rail can be used to mount all standard flashlight and laser sight combinations.

Brazos Upgrades and STI Build Orders

Want some changes to the basic configuration of this pistol?  Because we also build custom guns, we can make most upgrades you may want.  Many alterations can be made to in-stock pistols, thus saving the time involved in placing a special build order with STI.  Give us a call to discuss pricing and availability of the following Brazos upgrades:

  • Add a Brazos High Performance Package that  includes a trigger job as well gunsmith tuning to maximize reliability, performance, and function.
  • Install an STI short or gunsmith blank trigger
  • Add a Lightning Rod fiber optic sight or STI fixed tritium sights

  • Swap out black grip for colored grip
  • Add a drilled and tapped mag release and Cyclone (or other) mag button
