Shipping Information

Orders shipped within the United States:

No matter how much you order, we ship by way of UPS Ground for a flat rate of only $10.00.  With UPS Ground you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 business days (maybe earlier) depending on where we are shipping.  If your order is for less than $10.00 you may also select US postal service flat rate envelope for $4.00.  Please realize that delivery by way of US mail may take up to two weeks.  

If you need your order expedited, we also offer:

• UPS 2-Day Air for $25.00
• UPS Next Day Air for $40.00

We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends).  Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST generally ship that same day.

Handguns are shipped by way of 2-day UPS. The charge for shipping handguns is $30.00; $25 if you reside in the state of Texas.   You will be sent an e-mail with a tracking number.

UPS Returns and Redirects:

Please understand that UPS charges us additional shipping whenever special action is required with a package.  This generally occurs when an incorrect address is entered on the shipping documents.  If the error was made by us, then we will do whatever is necessary to have the parcel routed to the correct address at no extra charge to you.  However, If you entered an incorrect address on your order, then we will pass related charges on to you: 

• If the parcel is ultimately returned to us due, then you will be charged a $10 fee for the return shipping.  At that point, we can either issue you a credit for the purchase amount of your order (excluding original shipping charges) or reship to the correct address and charge new shipping charges as applicable to the selected shipping mode.
• If the parcel is redirected to a correct address, then you will be charged a $15 fee for the UPS Intercept.

International Orders:

Brazos Custom/1911Store.com is not a licensed export agent and, as such, cannot ship orders outside the United States and its territories.  We will ship only to US addresses.
